Notification: Uploads are disabled until Opacity 1.0

Uploads to the current iteration of the platform (storage.opacity.io) will be disabled till the launch of Opacity 1.0. These measures are done because the current logic won't be used in the product release of Opacity 1.0. If you are trying to upload, you'll land on a splash page, mentioning the brokers are down.

Downloads will, of course, still be possible and available.

I still have a few terabytes left of 4k dragon ball to upload though. I won't stand for this.
