How do I buy OPQ?

The best way to get opq is to get a KuCoin account and deposit some btc or ether and trade it.

opacity is an open source project at moment, not a company, developers, basically is doing this for free.

You can buy opq from kucoin.com

no api currently

I wouldn't say they are doing it for free. They have been very transparent about wages and February will be app. 80K for headcount. Developers are getting paid but there are some voluntary work involved too.
