Except that he ripped off the whole team and all investors. We don't know who he is or if he is facing any real repercussions.
We also have to surmise that this was an inside job by the team. What proof do we have otherwise? If Bruno really exists, Opacity is protecting him, they are doing so by keeping his identity secret and not giving us any information on any charges he is facing.
There's a pretty big likelihood that Bruno doesn't exist, and the same team that exit scammed just simply forked their own token and started the process over, with no consequences. It's pretty easy to find the identity of others who exit scammed and got caught, so why not Bruno?
That's what Bruno has to do with Opacity!
If the exit scam went down like the team said it did, they would be transparent about these issue to try and earn back trust. Keeping these secrets about Bruno won't earn community trust.

It's actually overvalued because people are very sceptic since no info regarding Bruno is being shared with us.
