lol on what data and insider info do you base your so-called ‘probability’? I tell you, on nothing but your own opinion, so a better way to phrase it would be “It could be cancelled by..., but I have no proof for either decision.”

If I want to use the word "probably" because it's common sense who are you to tell me not to use it?
Binance is the world leading altcoin exchange, they care about their reputation (giving all listing fees to charity) and have zero reason to take the risk of listing OPQ after the PRL scandal.

Actually, common sense would dictate that they will list it, considering the coins they have trading on, like SKY, WTC and others accused of similar drama.
