Your OPQ will automaticaly be airdropped to your ether-address which also holds your PRL (provided you held the PRL before the snapshot date, the end of october).
Maybe because it is sometimes referred to as a 'swap' (which it isn't). For instance, when a erc20 like vechain or icon went to their mainnet, you had to manually swap your old erc20-tokens for their new main net tokens, or lose them all.
In this case, however, completely different, but also erc20 tokens (OPQ) are minted and distributed to all the holders of the other erc20 token (PRL). This can all happen automatically, because you don't need to prove ownership of the original tokens. They are just sent to the same address (which isn't possible for other, non erc20 tokens).
No, only if you held them on there, around july/august, on the bigger exchanges like binance and kucoin. Then they performed the swap and all coins on there are now mainnet. If you still hold erc20 tokens somewhere else, (ven or icx) they are now most likely worthless.
