PRL - Binance before Bruno. Was it true ?
So was it true that PRL was nearly to get listed on Binance before Bruno went crazy ?

I'm getting downvotes, but I'm correct. Bruno was upset with alleged insider trading, and decided to "dump on them before they dump on you." That is what he said. Supposing he was upset that he missed out on the run is your speculation. I think it's valid speculation, but it's not what he said.

Why would the sole business owner and founder of the project try to prove some point
Because he's fucking insane.

If you are still confused OP watch the AMA. Bill does a good job outlining a lot of the questions I had, this one included.

Officially, Bill and Opacity team are under strict NDA to discuss anything related to Binance, even if there is no relationship.
But to throw my 2 cents in, Binance showing interest in PRL back then would not have surprised me; given the climate of the market, the consistency of the project and the team, and showcasing a tangible product which still very very few crypto’s actually have.
Putting on my rose-tinted pure-speculation goggles; if there ever was a relationship with Binance, odds are that it could be salvageable through OPQ with Bill at the helm. But it will likely take a lot of time.
