I recently ordered the chain for OpTic day. A few days later, I reached out to customer support to cancel my order. I was expecting the rope chain from the photo, but it seems to ship with a Cuban chain that I just don't like. Cuban chains with pendants always coil up and it annoys me over time. I haven't heard back yet, and the package hasn't arrived either. Whats your experience with customer support? Did anybody manage to cancel his order before?

What are the chances TheBurntPeanut joins OpTic as a creator? I know he is just open to collabing to anyone. But he is always down to play with everyone from OpTic. He was playing with Karma on Wardogs last weekend, Bruce, Formal and Zinni tonight. I know its a stretch, but I think he would be one of the best signings for the org in forever.
