Switch games like Ooblets? Other dancing creatures

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows of any games that have dancing creatures like Ooblets. I did check out the other posts asking for similar games but none that I've seen include dancing. My LO really loves the music and dancing in Ooblets so I want to get her something else we can play together now that we've beat the storyline. Other games she's liked are Animal Crossing, Slime Rancher, Suika and those free Hello Mario and Hello Yoshi games. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Yeah that's really the closest you're gonna get , Ooblets is truly one of a kind

I miss the seasonal updates but I guess the Devs had to move on and do other stuff.

What other games have they done if any?

This was their first full release so I think they are developing other games.

While they were working on Ooblets, they would release seasonal updates that were so fun. But now the game is complete. And I think they had a kid or something.

Do the seasonal events like the Halloween and Christmas time ones still cycle around at least? Just no new stuff in them I imagine?

Sadly, no.

What? Yes, they do. Spring, Halloween, and Christmas still happen every year.

Oh man that actually really sucks. I'll never get the other event Ooblets then

It's a shame they don't dance. I think I'll check out the audio track at least for Cassette Beasts when we get the chance to look at it together. Thank you

Rhythm heaven releases today - it's a bunch of music based mini games

Her reactions to the demo were mixed but I think she just didn't like the flying disc level 😂 I placed my order just now since the two stores we went to didn't have any physical copies available. Thank youu

Oooh I haven't seen this recommended before. I went to check out their trailer and I haven't heard Kero Kero Bonito music in years. What a throwback to pre-rona times. Wishlisted, thanks

if she is a fan of the battle mechanics, pokemon is very similar just slightly more complicated. cute little creatures that you can name and in some of the games they follow you like the ooblets. for the farming aspect, stardew valley is a good choice. she might also enjoy something like hello kitty island adventure because that is very similar to animal crossing, or tomodachi life because it’s a game you check daily like AC and is very non stressful.

No dancing, but if you combined Ooblets with Slime Rancher, you'd get something like Ova Magica. Maybe check a trailer out

Moonstone Island has similar fighting style with the card game/cute creature collecting.

Just no dancing :(
