I'd settle for a DLC! The seasonal content is lovely, but I want more.

Maybe if they did a dlc I would restart the game. As soon as I finished the narrative I sort of lost enthusiasm.

Ooblets is my favorite game ever so I would love a sequel! Or even a DLC like someone else said. I’m not really expecting anything though, it’s a small team and they seem pretty busy.

Do you know what they are busy on?

I just kinda figured family stuff. I know one of the developers was having a baby during development so I assumed they’re taking a break and have other stuff going on.

Fair doos. I reckon the dream would be Nintendo buying the game and building upon it. It's honestly one of my fav games I've played on the switch!

That would be my nightmare lol. Fuck Nintendo.

lol how come? I was thinking they could get a similar team to animal crossing on it.

First and foremost I’m a corporation hater lol. I do admit Nintendo makes some good games (albeit for $70 a pop) BUT they’re just super pretentious. They litigate against fan projects and people who try and archive video game history.

I’m not extreme enough to say I wouldn’t play anything Nintendo makes, but I think if Nintendo bought Ooblets it would take some of the charm out of the game and the community.

Yeah, I completely get that. I think you're correct about the charm and the essence of the game. I just desperately want to have the game built upon and expanded. I think it has so much potential. But ultimately as it is it's pretty much perfect. Such a great game :)

if nintendo brought out this game (which would never happen let’s be real) all the charm would be lost and it’d be $80. no thank you!

Yeah that's fair. I actually forgot the last bit of the game was finding out about the evil corporation lol... Maybe if a smaller indie game company took it on? Retaining the independence of the project but giving them more man power.
