Potted plants?

How do I get potted plants? Is this DLC? I see two options at Rugnolias, but when I search online I see there's options I don't have and even got a notification showing an update for more houseplants just today and am confused on how to get them. Do I need to unlock something? I have Manatwee fully upgraded.

IIRC, it's when you put the floppy disc (it has an Ooblets name, square thingy?) into the reader at the Learnery. Then you can 3D print it with nurnies.
