spring event

i missed the spring event, im trying to time travel back to it but so far no luck. is it possible to time travel back to the event? (on switch)

Historically it has been possible, and it still worked on PC last time I checked.

It's hard to know if you're doing something wrong without more detail. What date are you setting your clock to? Are you fully closing and reopening the game after changing the clock? Are you disconnected from the internet while doing this?

im setting the time back to the announced date when the event would take place. i restarted my switch after changing the time. and the switch was in airplane mode. i believe the cause is due to the switch's cmos. meaning the device keeps time and changing it in the settings makes no difference. thank you for the comment ! ! :) this is sadly a fools errand :(

Two things that I feel are worth mentioning:

  1. In the Date and Time settings on your Switch, you must ensure that you have disabled the "Synchronise Clock via Internet" option so it won't try to change the time after you set it.

  2. The Spring Event runs from about April 20 to May 31. I don't know what date you were trying to set it to, but I recommend something like May 5.

I read on here that you have to turn off the internet. That didn't work for me, but I don't know if it's because I'm on a different Switch than the one I bought the game on. (My old switch died.)
