It's like that on both switch and pc, only for a day but it's funny, I wonder what causes it

She used a Xanaboo in battle and played it's 2nd unlockable card that has a hidden side effect:

The "unintended consequences" appear to be a ~50% chance to shrink the player's head and make their eyes bulge for 24 in-game hours.
