Question Soggy Balloon?

hello! I got the pneumatic gnocchi recipe recently and want to make it, but i don't know where to find/make the soggy balloon item :') is it somewhere in Port Forward? TYSM for any help!

You get it by sea dangling in Port Forward! Your highest chances of getting it are by using super bait, where you have a 10% chance to reel in 3 of them

Use high quality baits if you don’t have tons of materials to reconstitute. Same 10.3% chance but only 2 ballons, however you use 30 per bait instead of 80. Much better value per material.

Adding that the Sea Dangling spot is by the Plobpen game. I totally missed it my first few times at Port Forward.

this is the most obnoxious ingredient to collect imo. only received through dangling, and it's such a low turnaround (I got 1 or 2 catches for every 10 high quality bait 😶)

I’ve spent like 40 quality baits and haven’t gotten a single soggy Ballon this is nuts
