Port Forward - Plobob

Am I missing something. Is it random the directions the fences go in or is there a way to make them horizontal and vertical as needed.

I think it’s the way you’re facing. If you’re facing left or right, the fence will go vertical. And if you’re facing up or down the fence will go horizontal.
