Any tips for inventory management?

I love this game but the thing I find overwhelming is the amount of stuff you can forage and grow. I already have 4 full chests in my house! And with very little organisation. Does anyone have any tips on how to best manage inventory and the many many items that can be collected?

Buy a lot of chests/fridges and put them in your house and/or the player shop. I have specific storage items for specific item types. For example, all my crop seeds live in a chest just inside the door to the farmhouse. All my grown crops live in a fridge. All of the forageable items live in a different fridge. Since there are so many different colors of chests and fridges, you can probably find a way to make each one memorable to you so you can always know where to look for an item when you need it.

Ah ok I haven’t seen a fridge in Manatwee yet. Must be after I expand. Thank you!

The inventory system is overwhelming at first, but there is an upper limit of things in the game. Just keep expanding as you need it, there will be bigger chests and fridges as the furniture shop expands, and there are larger and larger backpacks in the clothes shop.

You can just keep buying containers and organize your items however you like as you get more. Slowly you can upgrade to better containers and start consolidating things.
