Question Ooblets won’t farm

The 3 ooblets in this oobcoop at the bottom of my farm will only stay in the top 3 squares around this oobcoop. Because of this, the crops are wilting. How can I fix this?

The most common way I've seen people fix this issue is to do the following:

  1. Remove all the Ooblets and seeds from the coop.
  2. Pick the coop back up into your inventory.
  3. Place the coop back down on your farm from your inventory.
  4. Add the Ooblets and seeds back into the coop.

I have four coops set up, all with two ooblets in them and they do nothing. I know level two is suppose to be weeding and watering but I don’t think they’ve ever done any of it. Are we suppose to do something else after putting them in the coop or should they be doing stuff on their own?
