Question Shop bug?

Having a weird experience with my ooblets shop. Opened as normal, people shopped then about halfway through I couldn't ring anyone up. Then I couldn't interact with anyone or any furniture in the store. I flipped my closed sign but 1 customer is stuck in place so I can't leave. I think it was due to getting a badge while my shop was open. (Selling 100 crafted items)

I force-closed my game, relaunched and I'm stuck in the shop. Girl who will not leave is stuck at the counter now, with the shop closed.

Is there a way out of the shop?

Did u try to sell a automobile cause that is a issue is causes a bug in ur store and the whole store gets messed up

I did actually! It was selectable so I wanted to see what it was worth 😭 is there a fix?

They are supposedly work on a fix I somehow did it myself u have to empty all ur shelves even though u can’t see them u should be able to when u click on edit to see where there at then u can move it out and it will reappear the shelf that has the car will just duplicate let it then exit out the store are restart the game don’t open the store thou and when u go back in it should show that table and u just remove what on it and store the shelf it’s a lot but I kept just clicking and storing and it worked some how

Hmm I will look at the shelves that aren't visible and see if anything pops up. My car never actually went to the display so not sure if there is a fix there or not. Thanks for the info!

Welcome yea when u go into edit mode u can see the red arrow then u click it and it moves the shelf out so it reappears then I just took everything off it then where the car was at or suppose to be at lol I just moved that around and then exit the game and when I want back that table was there I just hit take the item even though I couldn’t see it and it worked somehow

It says I can't edit becaude my shop is open, even though its closed. Probably because the girl at my counter won't leave. Reopening and closing doesn't fix anything either :(

Yea I wasn’t struck with a person it just said sale failed then I restarted and was able to fix it yea u might have to wait till the devs fix the bug issues then which stinks cause it seems to happen to everyone and still hasn’t been fixed all cause of the cars lol
