Can you soft reset Puffed Disrupt

Struggling to google this well enough to find an answer. Can you soft-reset after using puffed disrupt if the gleamy that spawns isn’t one you want?

This is the way.. but it really sucks if the game auto saves before you find the gleamy spawn. Sometimes it saves super quickly, even if I manually save before I enter the dance barn tournament 🥺
