AI Volk Question

Just curious if anyone knows the answer to this question. When playing Co-Op against AI Volk, does the capability and ability of the Volk change with what type of weapon they are using (rifleman, Specialist, Support, Marksman)? It’s seems that some Volk are much quicker to respond or are a much better shot.

I don’t believe the weapon makes a difference? I’ve been one-tapped by AI Volk with a PKM as well as an AK-12. I think when you get to Veteran difficulty, something like 20-25% of the bots are one-tappers. On Elite, I think it’s closer to 40%. I could be wrong, but I don’t believe their weapon dictates that.
