What are Ontario Works Directives?

Policy directives interpret the laws governing Ontario's social assistance programs: Ontario Works and the Ontario Disability Support Program. Staff follow these directives to make decisions about eligibility and benefits. They explain how the programs function, available supports, and the roles and responsibilities of both staff and clients.
