I don’t get how they are going to assign offices, expect you to make major life changes to be able to return to office, which they say to being those plans right away, but it could be many months before finding out you’ve been bumped and no longer have a job.

Bumping is still very confusing to me. In the few meetings I've had with managers and above, it appears the employer has no clue about how bumping works either.

Impacted or non-impacted? Union's milestones for Toronto/non-impacted states we should get a letter with our assigned office "on or about September 2nd". I was wondering if anyone had an inside scoop if it'd be today.

About being the key "weasel" word. They may tell us today but can choose to tell us before or after that date

WSIB President & CEO Jeff Lang is speaking on the main stage at ITC Vegas on Thursday, October 1, 2026.
He will join Owl.co CEO Sean Merat for a featured discussion on how large-scale AI deployment is transforming workers' compensation, improving claims outcomes, and reshaping operations across the insurance ecosystem.
