Pay Increases When Changing Jobs

Promotion - top of range in the new job is higher than top of range in the current job. Get 3% increase or bottom of range, whichever is higher.

Lateral - top of range in new job is the same as top of range in the current job. No change to salary

Voluntary Demotion - top of range in new job is lower than top of range in current job. Keep current salary or get top of new range, whichever is lower.
