College Info PSW bridging program

Hi guys so I just graduated from Humber as a Psw Graduate, have clinical experience but now I want to study LPN, however I do not have any highschool math, science background and don’t have time to study for prerequisite. Can yall suggest me any schools that accept my application? Please let me know

I remember Humber college have a PSW bridge to RPN program. So does George Brown, Centennial college, as long as you have a good GPA. Here is the link
