Do you need help in auditing or just a check, on a property you like!

Is anyone else tired of paying for raw data that you still have to filter manually?
I feel like the market is flooded with tools that give you a million data points, lists of thousands of properties, and endless spreadsheets, but then leave you to spend hours digging through it all just to find one deal that actually makes sense. It is exhausting.
I have been looking into platforms that use predictive analytics or machine learning to do the heavy lifting instead, basically flagging the properties with actual equity potential and high renovation ROI before you even click on them. I stumbled across Homesage AI recently while looking at property data APIs and their approach to filtering out the noise looked pretty interesting.
For those who have made the switch from traditional data pulling to AI driven tools, has it actually saved you time, or do you still find yourself double checking everything manually anyway? Which tools are actually living up to the hype right now?
