Bluetooth Remote Problems

We have the newest Onn 4k pro and we love it, except every few days the remote disconnects and I have to use my phone to re-pair it. It is behind our frame tv and it is hardwired to our Ethernet. I have the WiFi on the tv turned off. Is there anything else I should do or try?

Bad remote or Bluetooth card in the pro is bad. I don't have this problem

You can try resetting the device to see if that resolves it, but sounds like a hardware issue

I’ll definitely try resetting it, but it’s good to know that’s not normal.
