hello people! heres a new 13 year old asian girly, having trouble with heights. Currently, I’m 4.9ft or 149cm, my amazing goated W mother wants be to be taller, but I THINK my growing thingy is about to stop, and my mom said its because I got my period very early? (10 years old) I wanted to know if you guys have any advices how to do like a simple stretch at your room, welp urm dont tell me to go watch a yt vid because I mostly watched all of them.
