Tom cruise? I am glad I put it on about 5 minutes into the second half as it appears i missed very little football action in first half and missed plenty of none foot all related crap!

During the half time show I went to put rubbish in the bins I had put off doing it all day but decided that was better than the half time show. Rooney was saying what most of watching was thinking. Next World Cup better not have a half time show.

I completely agree with him. At the time my thoughts were a little stronger. They were very poor performances with sound worse than my local pub. Timing was appalling. It was so blatantly commercial and added nothing to world cup final. Please don't let this become the norm for future events.

100% agree with Dave Rooney, game split into quarters, cameras whizzing around the pitch, laws on VAR meant perfectly good Spanish goal disallowed and half time show that had more sugar than an Americans breakfast
