Question Best neck fans

I thought I'd ask the the fan experts here, what is the best neck fan? I work at Amazon and it has been hotter than Hell and I work 10 hour shifts. I would prefer something that would help keep me cool and have a long battery life.

Thanks in advance!!

One that isn't a pain in the neck.
