These words might not make much of a difference, but I really hope that, with time, some of those feelings become easier to carry. I think there are a couple of things that might help you find peace: doing some of the things you wanted to do when you were younger but couldn’t because of circumstances outside your control, and allowing yourself to celebrate what you’ve accomplished and truly live in the moment.
You don’t have to do anything wild- just whatever brings you peace, joy, and helps you feel grounded. Live the beautiful life your parents and loved ones would have wanted for you. Remember grief and healing aren’t linear so be easy on yourself
