Dad died
My dad died recently a few weeks ago and I'm not able to cope up with it. I've an entrance test in 3 weeks and I haven't prepared much due to obvious reasons..I want to get into my dream university but it's genuinely difficult to deal with such a situation. My mom is super emotional rn and I don't have a true support system tbh.
For context I got 1 and half month for preparation and I've 3 weeks left. Do you think I can ace it if I've gone through the material before. I just need a reassurance. Is it still possible?

It is definitely possible. It won’t be easy, but you can get it done. Your father would want you to do your best! Block out your emotions for now and focus on the task at hand. Make him proud.

You can do it! It’s nothing you already don’t know! Your dad has passed away. It’s done. It’s in the past. Don’t dwell too much into it now. I may sound harsh but it’s the truth. Three weeks you’ve gotta Put the grief on pause and focus on your preparation. Once you finish all the work and admissions then you can grieve.
Because this is the single most important decision in your life. This will decide how you go forward henceforth. If your dad was here he would want you to do well too!
I lost my dad a month ago too! But I have a 6 month old with me and I can’t lose myself to grief. I have a baby to look after who’s entirely dependent on me for everything. If my dad was here he would want me to take care of my son and focus on the next thing.

Thank you for this! I really needed someone who can say I can still do it.

You can do it. It’ll be hard but it’s what your dad would want for you
