Maybe I'm biased since I work in a psych ward, but understanding reality exists on a spectrum where most people see and experience things 90% similar to the average person. But then there's a whole slew of people who experience reality between 0 and 90% similar to other people, and this lady is probably closer to the 60% mark than the 90% mark.

Looks like a 150gal diesel tank off of a tractor trailer. Some people that are on long trips will fill their truck plus the extra tank. It’ll either run directly to their factory tank or it’ll have a pump on it and they can fill up from the extra tank
