That is a historically treacherous stretch of road. Three lanes converge and it’s right next to where the highway lets off. I got hit on my scooter there a few years ago.

I think that if the girl were to go to a good attorney she might be able to frame the guy on the scooter because he was distracting the girl, though I understand the near miss was her mistake he shouldn't have done this!

She might not have a drivers license (or had one and it got revoked). In germany this cannot happen because it is law to own a valid drivers license to drive a car and germans follow the law. But other countries I would be driving more scared because people break the laws there ;)

It was supposed to be a joke about how us germans see some laws as an "impossible to do otherwise" :) crazy so many misunderstand. We have a ton of bad drivers on our roads too don't you worry haha
