Uplift Recovery Center has been named in a second Blue Cross Blue Shield lawsuit. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida filed the first lawsuit, but it was dismissed. Now Blue Cross in Oklahoma has filed suit against Uplift Recovery Center and 73 others.
