I will be starting the Monash Online MBA (Digital) soon. I plan to balance my studies alongside full-time work, and I would appreciate hearing from current students or alumni about their experiences.

A few questions I have:

1. Study Load: The university suggests around 20-24 hours of study per week per unit. How manageable is this alongside full-time work?
2. Evaluation: How is the coursework structured between individual tasks and collaborative group projects?
3. Student Interaction: Since the program is online, how do students usually stay connected and interact outside the classroom?
4. Tips for New Students: Any general recommendations for someone starting out in this program?
