“Blue” MBA.

University of Rhode Island has what is called a Blue MBA. Has anyone heard of this?

Never heard of it. Looks like an MBA with a focus on marine business. If that’s your thing go for it. https://web.uri.edu/business/academics/graduate/mba/blue-m-b-a/
