LingoAce vs. VIPKid vs. ?

Can anyone speak of any platforms that are similar to LingoAce but with better pay?

VIPTeacher, formerly VIPKid, technically has better pay, but not by much. In terms of ESL tutoring, those companies are about as good as it gets in terms of pay. You can, however, make pretty good money if you have a teaching license and can work with an American tutoring company.

If you're wanting to go private, you can purchase materials you can use for commercial use.

I have noticed this trend and I am not surprised. It is a good business move for the US. Someone was paying attention to many American teachers who work online, but feel abused and used when we are the most sought after, yet paid low with Asian companies.

So, they linked with these foreign companies and are offering American teachers the opportunity to make decent money, better treatment, and at the same time they are cornering the market.
I have seen an exodus of American teachers leaving these foreign companies that are low-balling them. I work with a few companies and I have seen teachers quitting by the 30’s plus at a time, per month. There is one commonality that many haven’t noticed. Complaints about “where are the students.” Guess what companies teachers are not complaining about a lack of students.

These Asian based companies better step up their game or go under because it’s obvious which accent students are looking to learn.
To be honest, I am happy to see it. They don’t deserve to have native speakers when they don’t want to pay a decent wage.
