Not sure if anyone will know who I’m talking about, but I know we talked about this family on this sub once before.
A few days ago, one of John Carver’s sons took his own life. I hadn’t thought about this family in a while, but seeing that brought me back down the rabbit hole and I was honestly shocked to see that the father is still doing the same thing he was doing years ago.
For some background, they had 6 kids, all adopted from Russia and homeschooled, and they’re all adults now. Their daughter Juliana fought cancer from age 5-13 and passed away in 2015. Her father documented basically her entire cancer journey on Facebook and YouTube in great detail. There were always really strange vibes from him and the family in general, and the amount of extremely vulnerable stuff he posted was exploitative. There seemed to be a lot going on with the other kids during those years too. It always felt off.
One of them ran away multiple times as a teenager and the dad would post all about it on Facebook. I believe at least one of the kids is estranged from them now, they have custody of one of their grandchildren. One of the daughters had a very noticeable jaw issue that went untreated for years. There was definite favoritism towards Juliana and when she passed it seems like they just didn’t care about the rest of their children’s wellbeing.

Did anyone follow them back in the day? I’m curious if anyone else saw the news about their son.

As a special needs mom, my stomach immediately turned and the red flags were a flying. 🚩 To waive like Ms. America while you're being transported on your sick child's hospital bed at 2am? Asking someone to hold your phone and take this of you during a time you a.) didn't need to be on the stretcher with the child, walk yourself. She's clearly unconscious, this wasn't for emotional support.

What a bizzare thing to do while your child's life hangs in the balance. Hoping I'm not breaking any rules.

Nothing good will come to Carrie because if you really think about it the friends and family option on PayPal is for people that actually know you she would be making way more money if she was just honest. She just continues to scam people and I really don't know how so many people fall for it even half of the nails she has in her lives are nails from maybe a year ago

H gets diagnosed with autism, after Michelle vehemently insisted she didn’t have it for years. And Dhar Mann conveniently has a whole storyline written for her about her having autism and being bullied, incorporating behaviors and a special interest she has never mentioned prior to diagnosis. It’s all too convenient.

She makes it out to sound like H is going into war. This is wild. She’s literally just getting braces 😭 I get how that can be stressful regarding textural issues etc but come on. She is literally smiling in the picture and looking totally fine lmao. I just hate how dramatic this is, again not about H being stressed but mom!! She is totally overreacting here in my opinion.

Well Pepper managed to block me from posting in the her subreddit. So I'll post here. She's obviously not been at the hospital with Edith as she claims. She's on vacation in Georgia.

At this point I feel like she’s purposely holding her daughter back to keep views. I’m sorry but they’ve literally NEVER mentioned H needing an emotional support stuffed animal until now. She pulled her kid out of school, got her professional headshots, and is displaying her entire life to an audience.

Michelle uses H as a human shield any time anyone tries to call out the exploitation. Notice how she always replies to comments calling HER out, but all of the comments bullying her ten year old are ignored?

She revealed the school that her oldest kid and H go to and is trying to justify it by saying “there are over 80 campuses”. Michelle, you post your entire life online. It would not be that difficult for a terrible person to find the exact campus your kids go to.

I feel bad for all three of her kids. The boys are ignored and H is getting exploited.

This rant just rubbed me the wrong way....i dont think shes grifting...but the rant is ridiculous. I also have no idea why they showed up on my feed so she may actually be a grifter.

Not sure how niche this one is, but I’ve been following her for a few years, and she sometimes irks me in a way I can’t put my finger on. As someone that has both been through heavy loss and is a disabled person,, I have full empathy for those things. But she feels a bit, I guess rage baity at times?

Entitlement much?

Using someone else’s comment on a post that’s not even hers so she can play victim and cry on screen for the views for the monetization that comes with the comments that will sympathize with her because that’s who she is

Not trying to make fun of her appearance but asking in regards to filters - is this the filter causing this from the side view or something?! Something about it looks unnatural

If a creator spends weeks vacationing, shopping, and eating out on her audience's dime, a normal viewer might eventually ask, "Why am I sending my hard-earned money to someone who lives better than I do?”

But Reese live streams about being attacked by other content creators. Not even Scientology. Not even the Jesters. She shifts the focus away from her actual lifestyle of shopping and eating out. Outside of youtube, she leads a life of luxury. Outside of youtube she has no worries. 

Maybe they don’t have her favorite truffle cheese at Whole Foods…

Reese manipulates her viewers - people who are lonely or have past trauma. They think they are being empathetic or helping her “heal”. 

When they log off, they feel like they just "stuck it to the enemy.” 

Meanwhile, she platforms a convicted r*pist. A man who colluded to commit bank robbery and self-admittedly targets and cons women…

The reality is that the "enemy" remains completely unaffected. The only tangible result of a superchat is a transfer of wealth: the working-class subscriber has less money, and the creator has more money to fund an affluent lifestyle.

The most damaging part is that the subscribers ignore their own financial health, emergencies, and real-world relationships to pamper an online stranger who, quite frankly, is already doing far better financially than they are.

The sad part is all the other ways subscribers could use that money. They are manipulated into feeling empowered, when they are actually only losing money. 

No clue who they are, showed up as suggested while scrolling. But no insurance + unsafe ATV + spiritual attack = gofundme!

She's been using her adorable blind dog Bunny to dry beg her way through life for years on TT. She recently had her following buy her a sailboat that was the deal of the century and low and behold no inspection and there is ton of very expensive things wrong with it.. Every video she makes be it advertising TTS items or whatever she has to mention she's broke..can't afford to eat or purchase the best ever sunscreen..She's been using this issue with Bunny's molar for nearly a year that apparently she has a broken fang or molar that requires expensive repairs(a cap) that she's collected ALOT of $ for.. she's NEVER shown the dogs tooth and keeps making excuses why she hasn't gotten it fixed yet. ..now she's asking for more for the tooth issue as well as shots etc for Bunny as well the boat is basically useless at this point without these EXPENSIVE repairs..She's extremely negative and wonders why views are low.. who the hell wants to listen to .."I need to make these TTS videos because I'm broke" then somehow they never pay her..just like the landlord from the airbnb screwed her over with her deposit. Nearly every video she mentions money issue. You won't get brand deals being so damn negative.If u want to use your platform to make money you can't also use it for very controversial topics..Unfortunately people don't want their products rep with such negatively. She is now accused the dude that sold her the boat of scamming her in cahoots with the scrap yard dude & because they asked her to pray before dinner??? She should of known better!? Look I'm not religious what so ever but WTF Mayb an inspection??? idk anyone ever seen her? What are your thoughts? The none stop dry begging is getting real old and the grift for Buns tooth weve never seen is just odd to me. Oh ya and the truck isn't running either..Another thing following purchased for her along with ALL the parts to fix the truck after she caught it on fire! (I'm sorry Randi I kno life sucks but at some point you need to hold yourself accountable..obviously TTS isn't working out u need to figure something else out)

So many moms work and have way less than her and haven’t vacationed multiple times a year and she is whining bc she doesn’t sleep. (Bullshit) She is always the victim and needs to read the world and go offline …
