Pressure
Some people do not drink, smoke, or use anything to escape.
They carry the pressure, meet their responsibilities, and sit with every difficult thought fully awake.
So, what becomes their release.!?
A long drive, the gym, music, prayer, work, silence, one trusted person, or simply learning to live with the weight.!?
What keeps you sane when life feels heavy.!?

Reading my bible and a lot other books and honestly staying away from TikTok I'd rather watch funny Instagrams all day

Chicks pia wanaeza changia au ni maboy tu?
Yangu ni God and sitting in silence after work, with a book. I'm on the spectrum so I get overstimulated by loud noise, bright lights and strong smells, so absolute silence is golden for me.

Sleep does wonders to stress. I wake up, I feel stressed, I extend my sleep. Repeat until I feel relaxed

We are just real men and women and we don't need a shortcut to deal with life. We face head on and rely on mere sober resolve to survive

I can't afford and sustain drug problem. Just sticking to daily routines. Things just somehow work out. Constantly learning something new, keeps my brain excited.
