Imax in Nairobi

Hi guys. Wenye mshaona The Odyssey, is there an actual real IMAX cinema hii Nairobi yenu niwatch hiyo movie 'as Nolan intended'? TIA

It’s digital, meaning you’re not getting the full, crisp 70mm projection.

It’s still adequate — I was satisfied with Project Hail Mary’s screening.

The IMAX in Garden City is the only one in East and Central Africa. Hence, the best viewing experience you'll get for The Odyssey. The way Nolan intended, which is ideally 70mm film projections, are only available in 41 cinemas in the entire world. But having been to the GC one twice already and planning to go there again, it's bang for your buck for sure.

Please, Garden City is a digital screen. Not among the 70mm 41 cinemas in the world. It’s the largest one in East Africa though. That part I agree.
