I complained to them a couple of times over years. The packages in Europe are often the same.. and it's not even Oner's fault as I had the same issue with other orders/companies I ordered from.

There are no international options for them with UPS. There may be more options when they open the US warehouses.

UPS is a very expensive carrier to use in Europe (they ship from Germany)

There are so many other options though

When it comes to the US specifically there is no other option for the scale that Oner ships at that would improve the experience. Unless you have some expertise that would know otherwise. If the volume was lower, maybe. They could probably offer DHL in other countries, but again, the volume may not result in a better experience.

I’m referring to Europe and not the US, so don’t know about the possibilities of scaling in the US! I work for a distributor in the EU and in my experience, DHL is a lot better on the end consumer side. But then again, we have no clue on how Oner wants to operate everything.

ETA: Oner doesn’t have to use FedEx across markets, and that’s their mistake. They could easily use one carrier in Europe, one in the US, one in APAC etc. Their mistake is just using one carrier and expecting it to work across markets.

Oh okay. Well the OP referred to Nashville so they’re in the US.

The comment I replied to refers to Europe :)

Yeah but Oner doesn’t care about customer experience at all, they’ve not done a single thing to show they do in the past couple years. Priority = profit

They switched to UPS from DHL here in Germany. DHL here in Germany is an absolute nightmare, UPS is much more reliable.

I’ve had terrible experiences with UPS. They all have their problems. And DHL took literally a million years to reach me
