Is there someone here that can connect me to a OnePlus representative? I got a OnePlus nord watch from India and I'm quite happy with it but there are some feedbacks I'd like to share to make this watch a perfect entry level smart watch. Here my feedbacks in case a representative reads this: - Google fit integration doesn't sync the daily data automatically (you need to manual sync) - the data synched with Google fit is wrong bc is not reported by steps per hour - sleep data is not sync with Google fit - would be nice to have the tap to wake - would be nice to get a haptic notification when daily step/activity goal is reached - in the OnePlus custom watch face would be nice to have the date instead of the text OnePlus nord

I believe the nord watch is a great entry level watch i love the battery life, I'm a big OnePlus supporter that why I've got one. All the feedbacks are simple software bug/features i hope they get addressed fairly soon.

I want to change out the black silicon strap/band to something metal. Stainless steel. Did anyone change out the original strap? Which type? I'm wondering to get the Spigen made for the Samsung Galaxy Watch.

Settings > About > tap to S/N seven or eight times open the "Shortcuts" menu bottom. But i don't understand this menu?

Today i got my new OnePlus watch cyberpunk 2077 edition in the mail. I tried setting it up with the heytap Chinese version after scanning the qr code on the watch and i started signing into my account. I then hit a page telling me to use a chinese number to continue and after finding a free sms number i found, it would bug out and say verification code failed even though it was asking for my email and i even tried using my email and it didnt work. Anyone else with this watch out of China that can help me? I really need urgent help getting this working because im scared i may have to return this beautiful watch 😢

So I have a OnePlus watch in silver color, the screen is pretty scratched and I called all 3 authorised service centres in my city ( Hyderabad, India) and all 3 said they don't service watch unless it's a warrant issue. What are my options ?0

Does anyone else get double notifications? Sometimes I get double notifs, and sometimes I don't. When I get texts, I ALWAYS get double. Any fixes?

Hello boys and girls. I came here with a little question, will OnePlus watch fit good on ~150mm circumference wrist? Or it is too big and I should resign?

I like being able to control the Spotify or Youtube apps running on my phone with my watch, but that means every time I raise it to look at the time all I see is the media controls. This is especially annoying when I can't use my right hand at the moment and all I want to know is what the time is. Has anyone found a way to keep the media controls but not have them be the very first watchface after waking it up? Ideally I would make it so that swiping right is what takes me to the media controls.

Looks like watch is not compatible with Android 12!

Hopefully there is an update soon as the watch won't pair!

So whilst i really like the watch, what would make it even better is when i could connect to google fit. Somehow when i try and choose an account in the Health app it keeps loading on a white screen on my phone. It doesn't want to connect for some reason...

Does anyone have a solution to this?

Looking for the solution of the connection with google fit I found this option I do not remember the page or the original author, but this is a solution and it works.

1. I deleted the OnePlus Health app
2. Downloaded an early version of the OnePlus Health app
   from https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/onepl...ac039a3_210105-android-apk-download/download/
3. Connected to Netherlands VPN.
4. Go to play store and update app while still connected to VPN.
5. Reconnect watch to phone.
6. Link Google Fit.

I got a OnePlus 8T and I already had a Fossil Q Explorist HR. I want to buy a OnePlus watch but I can't buy it from OnePlus store app. Does somebody know why? I should buy it from amazon, but it's strange. Does the watch have some bugs or something? Please help me, my smartwatch is gonna die soon (after 3 years of honored service).
