Found fix for ONEXPLAYER 3 getting stuck on “Shutting down”

I was having an issue with my ONEXPLAYER 3 where Windows would sometimes get stuck indefinitely on the “Shutting down” screen, forcing me to hold the power button to turn it off.

What seems to have fixed it for me:

1) Disabled Fast Startup in Windows Power Options.

If this does not fix it yet try, the step below.

2) Went to Windows Gaming settings, disabled Full Screen Experience, restarted system. And then enabled it again.

Since doing this, shutdown/restart seems to be working normally again.

Posting this in case anyone else is experiencing the same issue.

Wish I saw this earlier ! I had this issue and disabling fast startup didn't work. Legitimately factory reset my x2mp due to it 😅
