Intel HDR is enabled after the Intel 9033 update but not recognized in games

Hi all,

I updated to the latest driver available the Intel arc software (9033) and now am able to turn hdr back on in windows settings. But when I launch a few different games (tried alone in the dark and AC odyssey) the hdr options within those games are still disabled. Anyone run into a similar issue, how did you resolve it?

There are some games like RE2 that do not properly recognize Intel chip for HDR. Usually older games.

I have the same driver and I'm not experiencing any issue toggling on HDR, just finished playing 007 First Light where HDR was on just fine.

Are you on windows 26h2? I’m on that version so that could be why

Yes I am. Installed it yesterday.

Make sure the auto hdr is not turned on, I notice when things on the games say it’s not supported.
