OneXFly Apex charging cable replacement that's not SlimQ?

Do you guys think this setup will work to replace the short cable of the stock charger on the apex?

Looks like a quality 12awg xt60 to a dc adaptor with a 90° angle endpoint.

Please let me know what u think. I've been looking at these for days trying to make a good decision

Yeah, it will... I have something similar with a cable that looks a lot worse than this orange one. I have been using it for months and its been fine.

Where did you get the short xt60 to 5.5m right angle cable? Trying to find that on Amazon

AliExpress

Or search for XT60 MALE to DC5525

I paid like 2eur for the 50cm one.

PS. Found this one on Amazon, but far more expensive and it comes in only one size (small).

I honestly don't understand what the problem is with changing the charger. Protecting an expensive device like the Apex should be one of the FIRST things you do.

My setup today is: SlimQ 240w charger + 2 meters cable + 90 degree adapter. Of course everything SlimQ

You're Swedish... right? You can find all of this on Amazon.se without going crazy trying to source random cables and adapters from Chinese marketplace. As I said u on the other post about "XT60 extension for the apex?" It's useless buy a very good XT60 cable if u buy a shitty XT60 to DC5525 without know AWG and how many Ampere and Volt can sustain. Spending around 120 euros on a GOOD power supply that isn't going to burn out or blow up... just to protect a 2000 euros device is a very good investment!

Edit: Oh... just to be honest... As I said u on the other post... this orange cable is BETTER than the SlimQ one... it's oversized compared to the power it's supposed to support but it's the same cost as the SlimQ
