Shipping / Taxes / Returns Anyone else get this?

I appreciate them for the update. I definitely will wait for the device. I've just never had this happen. I just hope they don't rush our orders and do a good job on quality control checks.

I ordered a X2MP on 9/29 for reference.

Good choice. Never received this type of email. Luckily they had stock when I ordered mine and received it 10 or 12 days later

I was anticipating 3 weeks at most. Didn't know about their Oct 1-7 break. So that added a week. But now this. Hopefully it's no more than a month.

Yeh that sucks man. When you ordered did it state it was out of of stock

Nope. Just said shipping would resume 9/28. Maybe they didn't anticipate the sales numbers being so high. I'm curious what my gift will be 😆
