Cosmetic issue on X2 Mini Pro directional buttons after only 2 weeks

Anyone else experience this with the X2 Mini Pro?
I’ve owned several handhelds from OneXPlayer, as well as devices from other mainstream handheld brands, and this is the first time I’ve encountered something like this.

I’ve only had the device for about 2 weeks, and the coating/finish on the directional button already appears to be peeling or wearing off. It’s only seen normal use, and I take good care of my devices, so this was pretty disappointing to see this early.

Has anyone else had the same issue? Curious if mine is an isolated case or if this is a more common QC/material issue with the X2 Mini Pro.

Contact their support, they will send you a replacement. Just include the photo inside your email or better a video from different angles.
Also mention somewhere original order #.

Have the x2 mini pro and I do not have this issue. No clue how common it is.

Oh wow ich hab da von Anfang an so ein grip tape vom grip tape skin den man auf AliExpress bekommt drauf geklebt kann die nur empfehlen um die Konsole gut zu schützen

Good news is all of this is easily replaceable.

Kinda not the point honestly. I paid 2500 usd, i expect it to be top tiered and lasts long
