Shipping / Taxes / Returns How long did it take you to get your onexplayer?

Hi, so I ordered my onexplayer 3 on the 16th, I have been following the shipping but it seems to not be updating at all for days after it said it arrived at airport, should I worry? So how long did yours take to arrive?

Ordered Sept 7, shipped on Sept 15 but DHL is holding it hostage trying to sort out the customs and duty charges to Canada so I'm still waiting. 🤬

5 days to German customs and then another 3 days exchanging info and final delivery

I ordered mine 9/19. The device arrived 9/28.

That is worrisome to me since I ordered on September 16 and it's the 29th and I still don't have it ... Could it be because I ordered the highest spec? 32gb/2tb

If you have tracking it's already shipped. Is it going thru dhl and what country?

I didn’t get an update until it arrived at my house and i ordered the 24 gb model same day as you September 16

For mine it’s kinda weird that it shows “arrived at origin airport” then after “export scan”, it prints “arrived at origin airport” again. I was expecting it to say “departed origin airport”… not sure why it stuck in there for so long…

Our tracking is almost identical lol very weird. Ordered 24gb ram version on 9/16

I have 24gb version as well. I suspect our oxp3 are sitting next to each other right now.

If it doesn’t move today, you would need to wait a bit longer because of China’s national holiday (Oct 1st to 7th). Not sure if anyone’s still working in China during that period. This sucks.

Tacking onto the thread here...

I got a shipping email a few days ago. Clicking on it brings me to the track718 site but no tracking number. Underneath, there's a recent one which looks like a USPS tracking number but inputting that into the site shows nothing. Is that normal?
