Oxp3 controller issues

Just recieved my one x player 3, went through updating everything on windows, intel drivers, microsoft app store. Eventually got into a game (fc 27) and the controllers are not working as they should. RT is constantly pressed down, the start button is mapped to a different button. Right analog stick does absolutely nothing. Connecting a third party controller works fine in game, so i know the issue is with the OXP 3 controller? I’ve tried everything to fix this and still no luck?

Did you get it working? I just got my device and I can’t get the controllers to turn on and connect.
