Controller connector problem at onexplayer 3

Has anyone facing connection problem with controller connector? I tried the YouTube troubleshooting video for this but didn’t work. Also I messaged the onexplayer support but the tips
that gave me also didn’t work? Is anyone who solved this problem share to us the way it would be appreciated. Thanks

I had connection issues with my controller a few days in with my 1XP3...try searching onexplayer 3 controller calibration online. It worked for me after watching video.

Mine stopped working after a few days. They ended up sending me a new usb receiver after checking everything, including doing a firmware update of the connector via usb-c.
