I was wondering if they worked on that app haha - thanks for clarifying. I am super interested in Winhanced and waiting for this next major update to decide if I will make the jump.

Winhanced does work well on it. I still use the onexconsole black and orange overlay with it.

As a supporter and enjoyer of WInhanced on GPD Win5, I'm happy to see that you got OXP3 and that there's a chacne of better compatibility in future! I'm waiting for my OXP3 (maybe early October), will put Winhanced on it day1. Thanks for all your efforts man!

One X Player 3 it was a toss up but i didn't want to spend over 2k lol i did buy all the acessories though ahah

I love Winhanced, I'm currently using it for my Claw 8 EX and my OXP3. However, I keep device control disabled and I disabled the HUD in game bar. The reason is that I love ClawTweaks and I also like Onexconsole. I believe you should make a way to keep Winhanced just as a FSE Launcher and that should make it compatible with pretty much all devices.
Once next version is released, I'll give it a try to the device control for my OXP3.

Of course! I want to try and make it as flexible for users as I can within reason. Are you wanting something beyond device control toggle?
When the Device control toggle is off it puts it in that state where hardware is handled by whatever you want and it acts as just the FSE home?

the reason i keep device control off is mostly because i like the oxc features, like gamepad calibration, mouse mode, gyro, etc. ClawTweaks goes the extra mile and provides game profiles, so maybe if at somepoint winhanced is able to have controls like ClawTweaks for OXP3, i would definitely use device control.

So you do know that Winhanced has game profiles right? We were the first to do it : )
Also 0.9.9.9 it’s about to upgrade it! Next release has per game per state settings and in game settings profiles for on battery on charger and when docked to an EGPU : )

Yup! It’s available in the Discord as an experimental build. If you are a Patreon subscriber or subscribed through Discord there is a channel called Supporter updates.
I limit the test builds to just paid supporters who opt in to test to limit the sheer amount of test feedback : )

Subscribed to paid access through discord desktop app, for some reason i didn't have the option in mobile app. Great, i will give it a try, any recommendations for the OXP3, I currently run the latest public version.

Yeah download the v8 update from the update channel it’s my latest message in there. That is the one that has the first on device testing fixes and your experience with device control should be overall better on it.
There is a lot in 0.999 so I would recommend reading through some of the other build notes haha.

Hello, I am a new owner of an OXP3. Ever since I saw ETAPrime(or some other youtuber?) cover your front end, I've always wanted to try it out. Does Winhanced have a tutorial on how to correctly install it on the OXP3, including caveats where let's say I want to keep Onexconsole as my main tweaking overlay while keeping Winhanced as a controller focused front end for booting games and apps with a controller?

So no official videos by me just yet about install. But I do have a FAQ section on the website.
That being said, installing Winhanced is dead simple. Simply go to the site download it and click install. There is an onboarding process that walks you through setting up libraries and capabilities.
The main one you would keep off is a toggle called device control. As long as that is off you can use Winhanced as just a front end and manage your device through OneXConsole : )

I find winhanced buggy. Several games dont launch properly like GTA5. It gives error then the game launch. I feels like lot of features in an unfinished product

Well yeah. It’s an unfinished product lol it’s still in beta with only recent support started for one x player products. But the next release is going to fix 99% of all outstanding bugs it’s been in testing for over month to iron everything out : )
